The Undergraduate Programme in Protestant Theology introduces students to the main areas of theology, as well as social sciences and humanities related to theology: History, Philosophy, Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, Anthropology, and other scientific areas. Ancient languages, such as Hebrew, Greek, and Latin, represent an important part of the course, while a strong emphasis is also placed on perfecting the English language to the point of academic reading and writing.

A very important aspect of the Programme is the development of constructive and critical thinking and academic and non-fiction writing skills. Alumni of the Center testify that they had received a solid foundation for their further education, as well as an incentive for their professional orientation.

For students who are employed full-time, the Programme is also available as a part-time attendance programme.

The Graduate Programme in Protestant Theology is intended for those who have completed an undergraduate programme in theology, as well as those who have completed programmes in other areas of social sciences and/or humanities. The Graduate Programme includes a more in-depth examination of particular areas of Christian theology, such as biblical theology of the Old and New Testament, history of theology, and issues of modern theology. The Programme also includes courses about particular Christian denominations, other Abrahamic religions, and religious traditions of the Far East. The leading idea of the Graduate Study Programme, held in common with the Undergraduate Programme, is the development of constructive and critical thinking, as well as the skills of academic and non-fiction writing.

For students who are employed full-time, the Programme is also available as a part-time attendance programme.
